YOUR MIND

To start the journey, you need to prepare your mind to follow the success path. Record your food and make a plan in advance on what you will be eating in coming week ahead. Stock up the food over the weekend.

LESS STARCH AND REFINED FOOD

Cut down on refined foods and stick to the foods coming from whole grains.

OMEGAS

Keep an eye on your Omega 3 consumption, add some flaxseeds to your morning breakfast bowl.

MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD

Try make your own meal as often as possible and avoid eating outside, When you will prepare your own food, you will be sure what you are eating and will help you in recording accurate data in your food log. Maintaining accurate food log is essential for wellness.
